Lazlo's Corner

How is your 2022 going?

Mine started New Year's Eve with my wife being diagnosed with bronchitis. New Year's Day I had a sore throat, but tested negative for Covid, only to have my mother in law who lives with us, end up in the ER on Monday and she did test positive for Covid. Add in another trip to the ER because my wife had a Spondylitis pain flare up, and the first week of 2022 has been a veritable dumpster fire for me.

While everyone in the household is not doing better yet, and the next few weeks may be bumpy, we are all very lucky to be vaxxed & boosted. Too bad there is not a vaccine for Spondylitis.

But if you were wondering why the return of the Guitar Pull was cancelled last Thursday (and rescheduled for this Thursday), well know you know why.

The kicker is, the 3 of us only leave the house wearing KN95 masks, and only to go to doctors, pharmacies, and supermarkets, so this new Omicron variant is an insidious little bastard.

So please stay safe out there, wear a mask, and make sure you've been vaxxed & boosted.

Tuesday night at 8pm ET, right after Lazlo's Den Presents New Music, will be premiering an innovative new music video from our friends in Finland, The Fisherman & The Sea. I often speak of my love for this band, and their forthcoming album, Botify The People, is an insightful like at social media & the internet. The video for the title track, and part 1 of a 3 part video story, is a visual spectacle. In fact, check out the teaser for it now: and then be on at 8pm ET on Tuesday to see the video in its entirety.
