Hi Everyone,

Election Day is Tuesday. Don't forget to get out & vote (if you have not already mailed in a ballot).

And tune in Tuesday night to No, we wont' be doing election results, in fact, we want to take you mind off that stress. Tuesday night at 7pm we'll be doing our regularly scheduled Lazlo's Den Presents New Music, followed at 8pm by a brand new special (first of many?), "What The Hell Did We Just Watch?", Pat Veil and myself (Lazlo) discuss the 2019 "classic" movie, "Cats." This is sure to be something different you are not going to want to miss.

We at think it is important to keep you updated on COVID-19 & ending racism. Check out our website for information on all that along with, of course, a lot of NJ music.

Our annual Banding Together Webathon for the Spondylitis Association of America is over but you can still donate to the SAA and get a download of the2020 compilation featuring 65 previously unreleased songs at

We are already hard at work on our New Year's Eve broadcast,"2020 Gets Canceled!'s New Year's Eve Extravaganza a benefit for musician Catherine Wacha." Read more about it in Lazlo's Corner below.

In case we have not made it abundantly clear, though I think our profile jpg on our Twitter account (@BlowUpRadio) does, we are supporting Biden/Harris this election, as well as Voting Blue down the ballot! Regardless of whether you agree or not, please get out and vote on Tuesday if you have not already mailed in your ballot. It is always important to exercise your right to vote, but this year feels even more important than usual. Please vote. And then tune in Tuesday evening to to take your mind off the election results and hear Pat Veil & myself discuss the movie "Cats" from 2019.

We're going to do another benefit webathon on New Year's Eve for a musician in need.

"2020 Gets Canceled!'s New Year's Eve Extravaganza a benefit for musician Catherine Wacha"

The broadcast will also be a benefit for musician Catherine Wacha (along with a compilation), who is going through a tough time as she describes below.

There are 2 things we are looking for

1. performers who would like to perform via Skype on New Year's Eve

2. Previously unreleased songs for the compilation.

If interested in either (or both), please let me know

Thank you!

After battling Lupus and Chronic Kidney disease resulting in End Stage Renal failure, I was lucky enough to receive a much needed kidney transplant at the beginning of September. This was a wonderful gift that came at a less than ideal time. Due to being extremely high risk I had to take a leave from my job to stay safe from Covid-19. I was on unemployment until I had my surgery and am currently awaiting a ruling on my Social Security Disability Insurance eligibility and have no income. My wife and I have enough saving to get us through a few months but without my salary we are unable to afford out monthly expenses and my care beyond that.

Going back to my office at the height of cold and flu season with the added risk of Covid-19 is very dangerous for me. The post transplant medications heavily suppress my immune system so if I am exposed to Covid-19 I will almost certainly lose the newly transplanted kidney if I don't also lose my life.
