Lazlo's Corner

Huge thank you to everyone involved with 'Stay The F*** Home -'s Memorial Day Virtual Festival'! 22 acts played live from their own homes, with no major glitches, and scores of people tuned in to listen and donate to area food banks. I could not be more thrilled with out this worked out. With the future of live music in venues on hold indefinitely, will continue to bring you live music on our station however we can, including our weekly Guitar Pulls. Thank you for your continued support.

If you follow me on Twitter (@BlowUpRadio), you know that I, like most Americans (including some police officers, who have walked alongside the protesters in solidarity), are horrified by the death of George Floyd.

Below is a poem I posted on Twitter, as well as quote:

I see the sun rising on a new day
of protesting unjustness

listen to the protesters,

this is a systemic issue
that has to change

Protect & serve should be just that

& no one's last words
should ever be
"I Can't Breathe"

"The answer to injustice is not to silence the critic but to end the injustice." - Paul Robeson
