Message From Lazlo

Hey Everyone,

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can't say that enough! THANK YOU!

This past Saturday BlowUpRadio.com celebrated it's 5th anniversary with a Folk You! marathon at SICA, and the show and turnout was phenomenal! Thank you to everyone who came out to help celebrate, and thank you to all the performers: Paul Crane,Joe Canzano, Bruce Tunkel, Alana Q, Joe Condiracci, Tommy Anton, Kimon, Tony Tedesco, Marc Maurizi, Ken Shane, John Raido, Harvey Brice, Jim Testa, Mike Grau, and Michael Ferentino.

And I also need to give special thanks to my wife, Naomi. Not only for videotaping Saturday night, as well as countless other shows, and for baking the wonderful cookies and brownies that people enjoyed at the show (it's a side business for her, so if you need cookies, cakes, brownies, etc. for a party, e-mail me and I'll put you in touch with her), but also for putting up with a husband who spends a lot of time working on this little hobby of his :)

For those of you who missed the Folk You! marathon, or just want to continue the 5th anniversary celebration, we'll you're in luck, because on December 3rd the party gets electrified!

December 3rd, be there because you never know what surprises you might miss...like say me singing...did I sing over the weekend at the Folk You! marathon? If you were there, you know the answer :)

Last week I promised a BIG announcement this week about BlowUpRadio.com, and here it is. As we enter the beginning of year six, BlowUpRadio.com is going mobile so that you don't need to sit in front a computer to listen.

Now you can take BlowUpRadio.com anywhere with you. Simply download the MP3 file, put it on your Ipod, or burn it to a CD and listen to it wherever, whenever.

There will be a new BlowUpRadio.com on the 'Pod show every week (or as frequently as I can record it), and each show's playlist, with links to the artist's websites will be up on the same page you can download the show from. And since all music played on BlowUpRadio.com on the 'Pod is being done so with the consent of the artists, waiving their rights to royalty payments, if you like what you hear, support these artists by buying their CDs.

So go download the first hour long installment of BlowUpRadio.com on the 'Pod right now by clicking here.

Peace,
Lazlo

Five Star Dive - 'stuck between these lines'

Indulging in teen angst riddled music, a sound that blends lush layered guitars soaring vocals and melodies combined with the driving passion and edginess of punk rock into the perfectly crafted pop song, well until you read the lyrics...Five Star Dive delivers "Stuck Between These Lines"...sing along songs about depression, anger, loneliness despair and suicide. In a sea of emotional bands, this one actually is "emo"...
