I try not to talk about politics very often here, leaving it more for the occasional post on Mastodon (https://gardenstate.social/@BlowUpRadio)
But with such an important election coming up, and the events of this week, I am going to repost here something I said on Mastodon the other day.
Say what you want about the debate, (I've only seen clips), it shouldn't change your vote if you care about Democracy and trying to undo the disastrous decisions being made by the conservative supreme court.
Biden will have good people working with him to ensure that democracy prevails.
trump will have lackeys that will cower to his whims and not care about governmental norms or democracy. It is a sequel that would be much worse than the original (which, in case you forgot, was pretty bad)

MUSICIANS:
We still have room if you are interested in being involved with this year's Banding Together benefit webathon for the Spondylitis Association Of America, to air on BlowUpRadio.com October 18th-20th.
There are 2 ways to be involved:
1. Looking for musicians to pre-record a 30 minute live audio performance exclusively for broadcast during the benefit. The performance should be predominantly original songs (1-2 covers is okay).
2. We are also looking for previously unreleased original songs (which can include acoustic or live versions of previously released songs, remixes, etc.) for this year's compilation. I ask that all songs be original (no covers) and that they remain exclusive to the compilation until January 1st, 2025.
If you are interested in being involved, or want more info, please contact me.
